how soon after being paid should my super reach my super account?

Employers are only required to report and pay their Super Guarantee (SG) obligations 4 times a year.
If you have a look at our Report unpaid super contributions from my employer page, it lists the 4 payment due dates to your super fund and lodgement due date to us.
The page will also explain the steps you can take before lodging an employee notification such as speaking with your super fund or your employer if you feel comfortable to do so. It may be an issue with what fund they are reporting to, your chosen fund or their default fund. This could be a reason why you're not able to see any payments with your chosen super fund.
Your super fund should be able to advise how soon you would see the payments in your super fund account, your member statement should also have this information.
