Hello @Angelat,

There are a couple of things you need to check to see if it has really been released. First has a notice of assessment been generated, this can be seen under lodgment history. Next is to check the statement of account to make sure the money has left the account. Then double check the bank details are correct, sometimes people don't realize when they lodge through an agent it will usually go to them first and you should follow up with them. You should also check your communication history to see if we have sent you a message explaining any sort of delay that may have come up.

Lastly as the date you have listed was the day that we closed down for the Christmas period there is a chance that the action may have been held to stop errors occurring due to the public holidays. When we returned in January these amounts have been slowly checked and released like we do every year. Most likely if everything is correct and notice of assessment has been generated you refund should be showing up in your account soon.
