My daughter (16 YO) worked at Coles as a casual nightfill for 3 months (Feb - May 2023). She didn't make and provide TFN during her employment. In Dec 2023, she called the store where she worked and asked for a copy of the income statement. But, she was told nothing could be done by Coles Payroll. Her bank statement shows only her salaries, which she received after tax . Is there some way for her to get a copy of the income statement?

The ATO publishes Income Statements in ATO Online.

If she links the ATO to her myGov account then she will be able to view income details (i.e gross income, tax withheld) received from Coles. I would assume final income statement won't be available until end of financial year. (they don't know whether she may be employed by them again before June 30)
