Annual leave entitlements come from the National Employment Standards (NES), and you can’t be offered less than the NES.

With the Superannuation Guarantee (SG), the minimum that must be paid is a calculation based on the SG rate and the eligible employees ordinary time earnings. Not all payments are considered ordinary time earnings for the SG calculation.
