Hi, we are trying to pay superannuation to a former employee in connection with a back payment. The employee has joined the defence force and Defence Super will not accept superannuation from other employers. The amount is tiny and the former employee is refusing to open a fund that we can pay into (and does not want us to do this either).

What are our options?
