It will depend. Some medical, health and care services are GST free (https://www.ato.gov.au/businesses-and-organisations/gst-excise-and-indirect-taxes/gst/when-to-charge-gst-and-when-not-to/gst-free-sales#:~:text=cost%20including%20GST.-,Main%20GST%2Dfree%20products%20and%20services,eligible%20emissions%20units.,-See%20also%20%C2%A0), and GST shouldn't be included in the price.  You'll need to know more about the Provider and if they fall in that category.
