I have my own bookkeeping business and I am having trouble creating a BAS agent portal because I am also an employee at an accounting firm and have a ATO MyGovID with my employers tax agent portal. Am I able to have both a BAS agent portal for my own business and still be connected to my employers tax agent portal?

Hi @RachelLegge,

I can't see why not.

Have you linked myGovID to your bookkeeping business in RAM? Refer to myGovID and RAM for tax professionals as to how. Includes other supporting links for trouble shooting suggestions.

If you have already, can you explain what happens when you attempted to access the business portal? At what step does the issue occur, what does it do and any error messages?

I haven't been able to get past the mygovID part as I have a mygovID with my employer. I'm not sure how I am supposed to get a business portal or a bas agent portal when I am linked to my employers tax agent portal.
