Hello everyone,

Whenever try to log into my gov account , it says the sms code has been sent to my mobile number but i have not received it. I tried this so many times still the problem remains. i don't have a my gov identity app so please help me to sign into my gov account

Is the reception in your area good?


Check your mobile phone and make sure you are able to recieve SMS.


This means turning off anything that might stop an SMS getting through such as

" FLIGHT MODE " or " AEROPLANE MODE " ...


If its not your mobile phone then maybe there is a problem with the phone number registered on your myGov.


Maybe give MyGov a call when they are open
