Hello,


I've recently submitted my claim for an early release of superannuation due to medical reasons. The surgeon and anaesthetist have updated their quotes of the cost of the procedure after I had already submitted all the relevant paperwork. Is this something I can attach to 'update' the forms as the previous costs are now inadequate? I'm afraid I might have to resubmit the entire claim which will mean the course of this claim will take additional time...
