Set up app on new phone and when I try and get onto RAM I get Error A927.12. I have set up and deleted app twice. Please help.

Is the error happening when you're trying to navigate through the ATO digital proof of record ownership (PORO) questions?
If so, you'll need to contact the ABRS as they'll need to confirm a few details with you, and they may need to investigate the error further.
