I have been unable to download the 2022/23 Notice of Assessment from the ATO website despite having been able to access every Assessment before. I have used Firefox, Edge and Chrome in attempts to complete this task without success. This is the information displayed when attempts fail: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it" - It also shows a document tree showing an error has occurred. I saw that this problem happened in 2021 but now the problem has happened again. I cant even access the notice of assessment from my GOV inbox where it displays the same failing message.

Hi @HamoudiHADI,

Have you tried going through your communication history?

If it's not your browser that's the issue (and you've tried a few!) then it's the actual file that has an issue.

We can fix that, but you'll need to get in touch directly to look into what went wrong and request we send you a new NOA.
