I purchased a property in August, settlement was in November. I had completed the notification of FHSS release back around the time of signing the orginal contract in August/September, However upon reviewing everything today, Ive seen that the “notify us” notification still remains. I reviewed my emails and noticed I never actually received a confrimation of notification. I have resubmitted my notificstion but am now concerned because it is past the 28 days. What can I expect to happen?

At the time you notify us, we won’t ask you for any evidence in relation to the signing of the contract.

Keep a copy of all your info and if you need this is the future, we’ll let you know and you can provide the reason for the delay at that time.
