I can receive monthly bonuses if I reach my sales target.
Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't.
In regards to getting this bonus, If I was to receive a $1000 bonus, would my superannuation be taken out of this bonus, or does it need to be paid on top of this bonus.
Can this be the employers discretion and either one can be selected or it a statutory requirement one way or the other?
