ATO has my married name and now i need to change it back to my maiden name.
Mygov account is not linked with ATO because Mygov uses my maiden name and i am getting an error when trying to link it.
Is there a form to update details or can i go into the ATO office to change my name?

Yep you can update your name via phone or post. If you call, I'd recommend getting a linking code while you're at it in case you run into any other issues when trying to link your account.
