Thanks, I have already contacted them a couple weeks ago but I just wanted to know if the ATO can actually transfer pay from the ABN to TFN, I’m just really confused on the tax side of things at the moment

Unfortunately, the ATO is unable to assist with transferring monies.
The Fair Work Ombudsman can advise you on the various pathways from mediation at services such as VCAT to applying to the court for a garnishing order to transfer unpaid wages from the business entity to the employee, if determined that the entity has undertaken sham contracting arrangements with you.
