Hello,

I am trying to find a way to manage the funds that my previous employer paid for my super guarantee.

I provided him with my super details late, and instead of changing the details for my current super account on later wages, they kept paying it directly to the ATO as super guarantee. (or at least that's what they say).

This money is not reflected in the myGov linked ATO site.

To further clarify:

In my payslips, the contribution lines read as:

NO FUND SUPPLIED --- Super Guarantee --- $XXX

Where can I look for this money and claim it so I can transfer it to my Super Account?

Hi @icefall

Your employer can't make payments to us for your super guarantee. If you don't provide your superfund details and they can't find your stapled super fund they'll need to pay it to their default fund. You may need to clarify this with your employer, maybe ask who their default fund is.
