I have a message that states 'Your identify cant be verified' I follow the links for help - but I can not find where I can fix this issue.

I saw that I should reset the app and start again - but I can not access settings because it is greyed out.

I need to get this up and running ASAP as I need I am seeking security clearence for my employment.

Hi @BecM999,


There’s lots of reasons why your identity may not be able to be verified.


If you've had a myGovID before, make sure you're using the same email address.

Check to make sure the names on the documents match, and that the documents are still valid.


Try closing the app completely and reopening or uninstall and reinstall the app.


Also look at the help section on proving your identity for further support.
