We have a client who is a not for profit organization. A director has set up their mygove but they get an error when they try to connect to RAN. They have called the provided number [removed by moderator] numerous times over a week including calling at 8am and the call is never answered. I have also tried this number and no one ever answers the phone. Can you please advise a solution. We cannot do BAS, Income tax etc until this problem is fixed

Is it when they're completing the Client-to-Agent nomination steps or when they try to link the business in Relationship Authorisation Manager?
Lastly, are their director details on the Australian Business Register up to date? Or does that need updating first?
