I travel soon to Australia if i bring more than 25 iqos sticks lets say a box of 200 for personal use an i declare them at the airport what i have to pay for them? is the 155 AUD right? and can i bring one or two nicotine free vapes too?

This is a question for the Australian Border Force. Possible costs can be found on their current tariff classification page.
Australia's laws on vapes have changed a lot in the last 12 months. I have found info on the office of drug control that you can bring up to 2 with you for personal use. It doesn't seem to make a difference if they have nicotine or not.
