This has been ongoing for up to 2 weeks now. I am unable to access my ATO linked through mygov as it keeps showing server_error. Have tried to unlink it but it won't let me do that either

The message 'server_error' is a myGov issue Services Australia have been working on. At this stage our best solution is to:
Unlink ATO > Log out > Log back in > Re-Link, ideally with a linking code - but give it a go without first.

I have also tried clearing cache and unlinking and nothing worked
