I registered my SMSF for a new ESA. According to website it says I have to notify the ATO.


I have tried online without success. I have tried via the app and after research here, it says only an agent can do it.


Then, after several days trying to speak to someone on the phone. I was told to contact ‘superannuation’ line 131 020 - it’s either down or not working.


I can’t wait any more. Need to do a rollover ASAP. What’s the best way to update our ESA???
