When Calculating the Superannuation Guarantee Charge, if the employee is paid a bonus is this included in the calculation. I understand that all Overtime is included.

SG is calculated based on an employees “ordinary time earnings”


Your employee's ordinary hours are the normal hours they work unless their hours are specified in an award or agreement.


Ordinary hours generally include bonuses. They


do not include overtime unless a relevant award says so.
