We recently took on a new company and our client has set up their MYGOVID to be able to link us as their agent. Unfortunately this client does not have a Passport to be able to gain the strength needed. Our client has called every day to have someone assist but the lines have been too busy. Could you please provide what they need to do?

Hi @BRP,

Hmm... 🤔 I think the first step we need to help them with is linking to their business in RAM first.

You are correct! To reach a strong identity strength they'd need to verify an Australian passport.

If they can reach a standard identity strength, we can assist them to link their business in RAM. They'd need to be an eligible associate for business. They can check out our page of other ways to link.

I understand we've had high demand on the phone lines, but I ask if they can persist. When this step is completed, they can then complete the agent nomination to add you as their agent.
