2 years ago I posted a comment in relation to the transfer request of super from 1 fund to other. This transfer request was done on MyGOV portal on 06/10/2021. The balance of the super fund has not yet been transferred to my active Super fund balance and the Superannuation provider have sent me a letter stating that they have transferred the balance to ATO.
Just want to know where is my money that was in the old super fund and which has now been transferred to ATO and is not showing up in my current active Super fund balance?
