Can someone please confirm if Statement of Tax record and GST group of Tax record is the same thing.
We are unable to see the option to request the GST Group Statement of Tax Record in online services and the telephon line is of no assistance as it is just cutting the call off. There is insuffcent information on the main website or on the chat bot to assist.

I’ve heard of a STR but not GST group of Tax record, looks like they're the same thing.
I have found this information for GST groups needing a STR.
Where a member of a GST group is tendering, the group representative and the group member must request an STR.
