I’ve been trying for weeks to login to the ATO app to see my tax file number.
every time I try it just glitches and gets stuck with the loading bar going back and forth.
I already have a strong my-gov-ID and have filled everything out for the ATO login. It just won’t past the login screen.
This is incredibly frustrating as I’ve tried it so many times with weeks in between.

Are you getting an error code and do you have us linked to your myGov account? If you do, try this way for now - go through your browser and login via the myGov site then try selecting us from your linked services.
no there’s no error code, the page just doesn’t load. Yes I do have ATO linked with my gov.
