I recently swapped to a new phone, followed the advice on-line and uninstalled the old MygovID app on my new phone and reinstalled a new one. The Code bit all works when I log in but I get the a message in RAM saying the is no ABN's associated with ID? I called the on-line help and after a 45 minutes wait the call centre person told me to reinstall the app once more then wait for a while before trying again. Yep tried again and still no go.

Hmm... 🤔 So, when you've changed the phones did you log in to the new phone as an existing user? When you change devices, you'll need to re-verify your identity documents to get back to a standard or strong identity strength. This will be the reason why it won't show any business in RAM as your identity will be showing as basic.
