I have an urgent private ruling to submit. I am based overseas. I have tried to send via fax but the fax number does not work outside Australia. I am now trying to lodge via MyGov/ATO but nowhere on MyGove/ATO can I find where to submit the form. Please help!

If you don't have an ABN, then you can't lodge your private ruling application via online services.
However, you can fax your documents to us.
Cleary identify the area your document needs to go to on a cover sheet.
