Hi, I'm british born who lived in Austrlia in my 20's and 30's. At the time I was working on a WHV and then a sponsored visa. We eventually obtained our citiznship but left Austrlia over 10 years ago.

I'm currently going through a seperation with my husband which will leave me in financial dificulty. I would like to know if I can rennouce my citizenship as I will never be coming back to the country to live and if I can do I quailify to have my superannuation released?

Also can you direct me to someone who can help with this?

Many thanks, Katie
