If i claim DASP through the ATO rather than direct to the super fund will the ATO consolidate my funds from two separate funds? I have one fund attached to a WHM visa and one that is not. Is there a way to apply for DASP through the ATO from the two funds separately?

Thats's correct. If you complete the online form through the DASP online application system you only need one application. You can claim your super from both funds on the one application.
