Hi there! Although the property title is in my wife’s name, I’m the co-borrower with her on the mortgage. Our combined resources pay for the upkeep and repayments of the loan.

Since legally I’m not a joint tenant/tenant in common on the title deed of the property, should only my wife declare all income and claim all/any available deductions?

If your name is not on the title, then you are not an owner of the property.

That means that you cannot claim any deductions.
