My mother set up a testamentary trust in her will for me to receive her house. She has now passed away and the trust is activated. I am in the process of selling the house and I need a TFN for the testamentary trust. (There is already a TFN for her deceased estate). I can't find anywhere on the ATO website a link to apply for a testamentary trust TFN? Ideally I would like to download the form rather than applying online. Could someone point me in the right direction please?

It's definitely faster to apply on the ABR, but you can order the paper form on our website if you prefer.

I have tried both ABR website and downloaded NAT 3799. ABR website offers deceased estate and 3 types of discretionary trusts as the type of the applicant. For NAT 3799, there is no option for deceased estate but just the same 3 types of discretionary trust. Please advise where we can apply for a TFN for a testamentary trust. Thanks
