It depends on how you've requested your super to be released. Was your application for DASP or was it an early release request? e.g., compassionate grounds, financial hardship.
Whilst we aim to have the applications processed within 28 days it could take longer. It depends on your super fund and how long it takes for them to release the funds. It also depends on if we've all the info, we need from you to process the application.
So, depending how you requested your super to be released you may need to speak further with our super area or your superfund.
