have made a BPAY payment but it has not been updated in Tax Portal. How long does this take. and what is the correct method to follow up. Is there a specifc dept to call etc.

Payments made via BPAY can take up to 4 business days to process and appear on your account.
If after this time you're still not able to locate the payment, have a look at the page on our website about missing payments.
