I applied for an ABN on 07/05/2024 and I got an 11-digit number on the same day. I asked for the ABN to be registered on 08/05/24 on my application. When I tried to register my business name today (08/05/24) it just does not validate my ABN. Why is this?

There are sometimes delays of up to 24 hours for new ABN numbers to be reflected across all systems.
Have a search of your ABN number on ABN lookup, once it appears on there, you should be all good to register your business name.
