When working from home 4 day a week, can I deduct with receipts my office chair and monitors if the total cost of these exceed $300? Then on top of this can I deduct laundry, stationery, the electricity fixed rate, office head set and so on?

Hi @2755Amelia,

You can only choose 1 method either the fix rate method or actual cost method.

If you choose the fixed rate, then you can’t claim a deduction for the cost of office furniture and monitors. Instead, you'll need to claim depreciation on these items.

Under the actual cost method, you can claim your actual expenses from working from home.
