I started the DASP application in Australia but couldn't finish it as my visa was still valid. Now, attempting to submit the form from outside Australia, I'm consistently met with a fatal error message. I've tried from different computers and mobile devices, but the error persists for a week. Could you please provide assistance? Alternatively, is it feasible to receive a paper form via mail?

If you're having issues lodging the online form, we do have a paper form that you can print out and send into us.

It'll depend which paper form you'll use. If the super is with the superfund, you'll use a separate form to if the super is held with us. Check out our further info on How to claim your super.
