Given upcoming tax cuts, when can we expect a revised version of the monthly tax table/withholding lookup tool?

We haven't been advised officially but I would expect to see them in the last week of June, ready to kick in on the 1st July.

Are the underlying tables available so that we can implement the changes ready for July 1st? I couldn't seem to find them referenced on the site anywhere. I'm referring to these coefficient tables:
