Hi,

I have been trying to access my ATO through myGov and am having a lot of difficulties. I have made a mygovID which still won't allow me to access ATO.

Whenever I try to access the overseas information, I am met with an "access denied" webpage.

Can I please have some way, other than telephone, to update my details and to discuss how to lodge my tax return.

Hi @rwag1,


Have you tried clearing the cookies and Cache or a different browser?


If so, you may need to create new myGov account and link to us again.


Choose a different sign option that isn't via SMS. We have info on how to access myGov while overseas that may be helpful.


If you need to update your contact details you can by post. There are a number of lodgment options if unable to do online.
