I’m an Australia citizen and i leaving Australia permanently for a couple years ! I know i won’t be able to get my super till i retired but


is it legal that my super annuation told me that they are going still charge me the normal fees even though i won’t have any contribution?


do all super annuation do that?


Thank you in advance for some clarification as i had 3 versions at this point

When you joined as a member, you agreed to the funds terms and conditions.


You have the option of rolling over to another fund.

Hi Bruce4tax, thank you for your response! I see and i agree but my question is even if i don’t get any contribution due the fact i will leave Australia for a few years


are they still able to take those fees? Do you know if all super funds are like that?

Yes

All funds have different terms and conditions - so we cannot know all funds, so you have to make your own enquiries.


Only AFSL holders can recommend a super fund.
