I am CFO of a group of companies in NZ and Australia. I need to be able to access ATO records for our Australian businesses. How can I achieve Standard security level? I am a New Zealand citizen and live in NZ.

Hi @kiwicfo,

The only way to achieve a standard identity strength in myGovID is with 2 Australian identity documents. One of these documents can be a foreign passport with a current visa.

If you don’t have any Australian identity documents, you'll only be able to achieve a basic identity strength.

You can still access online services for businesses with basic ID.

However, some restrictions may apply.
