Hiya @Jinbao 👋
For what purpose is this required? Is it because the employee wants a Confirmation of Employment from their former employer? In which case, you are required to do that and send it to the former employee but you MUST NOT include the TFN on that letter.
Or is it because you want confirmation that you lodged your STP pay event successfully? In which case, that confirmation will be in whatever product you used to lodge it.
If the employee wants to know if you've reported their income to the ATO, they can log onto ATO Online and look at their Income Statement that shows the employer and the amounts. It doesn't show employment details, as that is not the role of the ATO but it is the role of the employer.

Hi Deanne,
We have a dispute with my previous employee. I reported him to ATO as Full time and he claimed he was casual. Then he quited job without any notice. I am going to deduct some wages. From Fairework website, Full-time employee needs to give notice to the employer before resignation. So I need the ATO certificated letter to prove what I did.
Thank you
