My ATO Business Portal was working perfectly up until two days ago and now it is just displaying content in a line by line format with no graphics and limited functionality. I have tried to find the issue but with no luck. I would screen shot it but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this.


Any ideas ??

Hey @Darryl_Brown,


I don't believe there are any issues with OSFB currently, so here is a few things you can try.


  • Log out.
  • Clear all cookies, cache and history, then try logging back in.
  • Try a different web browser.
  • Try a different device.

If after trying these steps you're still having issues, we may need to escalate this to our team to look into.
