What should I do after receiving WPN?

I (resident) have applied and received the WPN for withholding tax from the interest paid to my parents(non-resident). But in the mail ATO send back to me doesn't tell me exactly what will happen. My guessing is ATO will mail me the activity statement and annual report templates, and then I could pay the withheld amount according to the information on the statements and lodge those documents(both statements and annual report). Am I right or missing something?
