every question i have answered to get into the ATO comes back not what the ATO has on file. so i completed the verification then it came up with an Error code OID001 and now it want go to ATO site. when trying to get a Linking code it went through all the computer generated voices then just hung up

To fix error code OID001, try these steps:
Completely close myGovID (don’t just minimise it) and try again.
If the error keeps happening you’ll need to:
- Uninstall myGovID
- Reinstall myGovID
- Set up your myGovID again (be sure to use the same email address and identity documents you used to set it up originally)
- Select I am an existing user
To get a linking code, follow our guide on Linking to the ATO.
Also, the best time to call us is 8 in the morning. Try calling later in the week because we get the most calls on Monday.
