MyGovID is set up under an email from a previous employer, I am trying to create a Mygovid on a personal email and new mobile. How do I change as Mygov states my drivers license and passport is connected to another Mygov ID

Are you able to log into the old MyGovID account you used with the previous employers email? If so follow the steps under Updating your MyGovID email address: Help: Managing your myGovID | myGovID
If you are not able to access the old account you will need to continue trying to call the call centre as they will need to escalate the issue to another team to have the account released.
