I am self employed and had to stop work at the end of March because of significant health issues.


I am late lodging my Jan-Mar BAS because of the dozens of medical appointments that I've needed to attend, but before I lodge I need to urgently discuss payment options for my BAS and PAYG instalment, however I have not been able to contact the ATO (Removed by moderator) for several weeks, always receiving the message that they are too busy to take my call.


I've reached out to my accountant, but they are unable to help me because the BAS is overdue. I'm going to be able to lodge my Mar-Jun BAS on time (which will be nil income), but will again need to discuss my PAYG instalment.


Any thoughts on how I can resolve this issue?
