I have made a tax payment 10 days ago but in my ATO account it stills says I owe that money. What can O do? I am worried that my tax payment is lost in the system ?

Our processing times do vary depending on the bank you used to make the payment.
Can you see if it shows in your recent transactions?
To check, go to your ATO online account and click Tax > Accounts > Summary, then click on the account you made the payment to.
You should see an entry that shows Payment Received.
Can you let us know if you see it there?
