Hi

I am an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse studying to be an RN (Bach. of Nursing) online.

I had to attend a 4-day intensive school 1 hour out of Sydney and I am in Melbourne.

So I am claiming my flights tickets (to & returning) and accommodation at university while I am there.

What I can't see anywhere either if I can claim my University uniform ($80 in total) (it is considered as a scrub - Nurse uniform) that I will use during placement and I had to wear at my intensive school. The uniform is compulsively worn and it is not everyday clothing. Is that allowed?

Hey @MrAussieDude,

I would say you'd be fine to claim this as a deduction, as it would be regarded as occupation-specific clothing.
