I’m under the tax free threshold so the balance is $0, I’ve checked my return and the “estimated issue date” is the 12 of July.
However… The effective date is March next year 😳
why is the effective date so far away?
Will this delay receiving my NOA?

The effective date is the date the tax return is due. You must have used a tax agent in the prior year. This will not result in a delay with your NOA.
